Your Role:

A SolarWinds support representative is the main liaison between the company and its customers, providing technical support for their network management software. They must have expert knowledge of the company’s products and provide customer feedback to the development team. Support representatives may also help with fault finding and troubleshooting related to the setup and operation of a SolarWinds environment for customers under active maintenance.

Support representatives are responsible for answering technical support questions via telephone, email, and other means. They may also host secure remote sessions to work with customers and their environment. Support is provided primarily in English.

SolarWinds Technical Support is available globally 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. SolarWinds may transfer cases to the nearest Technical Support location to provide customers with the best response times and support experience.
