Customer Support - Repair Coordinator

What We Need:
Provides support for customers in relation to repair service including: general inquiries, service requests, work orders and service complaints while adhering to SOX and ISO requirements. Responsible for working in coordination with peers to receive and ship incoming repairs, returns and parts for customers and intercompany orders. Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained through cycle counting, location assignment and physical organization. Main point of contact for incoming requests via email and phone, as well as follow up activities to ensure timely completion of pending work to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Authenticates services and repairs by validating receipt and condition of customer product; verifying warranty and service contract coverage and maintaining customer records.
+ Responsible for receiving and shipping of orders, returns and parts; includes updating status in business systems along with physical movement of product
+ Ensure integrity of loaner stock levels; includes shipping, follow up, receiving, billing where applicable
+ Responsible for answering customer incoming calls and email requests
+ Generate service quotes for service contracts, rental agreements and service work
+ Create orders for service repair and spare parts for International and Domestic
+ Maintain accurate CRM case status and complete customer follow ups to ensure on time delivery and payment
+ Responsible for cycle counts and audit activity for inventory control weekly
+ Responsible for "Block Scheduling", managing/assigning printers awaiting repair to designated work stations to meet On Time Delivery (OTD).
+ Active participation in daily huddles and weekly/monthly meetings
+ Recommends process improvements through collaboration with peers, inter-company departments, and leadership to meet/exceed goals
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Minimum of one year of customer service or equivalent job related experience
+ Industry experience in industrial or equivalent service related field
+ Good verbal and written communication skills, with the preference of the ability to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish
+ Basic level of computer navigation
+ Ability to work through day to day tasks independently or with moderate supervision
+ Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs
+ Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM is desired
+ experience/understanding of international shipping processes is desired
+ Experience working with SAP or equivalent operating system is desired
