Customer Support Representative - $20/hr
The client is located in EAST NASHVILLE and is hiring ASAP! Description Our client is hiring two Repair Support Specialists. In this role the Repair Support Specialist will be committed to a seamless repair experience by delivering exceptional service and driving strong customer engagement. This role assists with coordinating and managing automotive repairs through effective verbal and written communication. The ultimate goal is to ensure and maintain the highest level of satisfaction with our customers and insurance partners. Job Duties Include: + 50-70 calls per day + Will manage 100-150 repairs at a time + Adhere to insurance carrier guidelines and standards throughout repair process + Communicating repair schedule appointments, changes, or cancellations to technician + Prioritize customer needs and concerns to determine appropriate action + Record and maintain proper documentation of customer communication (telephone, text message, email, online chat, etc.) + Compile and distribute post-repair documentation as well as perform customer satisfaction follow up + Post and track account payable invoices for prompt payment Skills automotive repair, automotive service, automotive parts, body repair, customer service, call center customer service, call center environment, outlook, Microsoft teams, empathy, auto insurance, Insurance Claims Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED. + Looking for someone with strong automotive background but not required + Call Center experience + Will take 50-70 calls per day. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
