Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Location: Hudson, Massachusetts

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative in Hudson, MA needed to take inbound calls from customers and input data into the computer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Receive customer calls, emails and other forms of communication.
Skilled in accurate data entry operations with computer work.
Strong customer service.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Won’t be doing pivot tables but will be entering data for labels.
Will be entering data into ERP software. Familiarity with an ERP is preferred but could be trained.
Labels are made using UPS WorldShip. Previous experience a plus.
Some clerical duties are required.
Heavy data processing. Must be comfortable on the computer.

Other Information:

Shift Hours: 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday through Friday
