Position Summary

The Customer Support Representative (CSR) is an essential member of the customer and sales support team. The CSR creates and maintains a close relationship with the regional buyers for his/her global and large key account customers in order to understand and support the customer’s local demands and to maximize Artesyn’s market share.  Working with the sales team and other account support members, the CSR provides a network of high level of customer service support to each customer account.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a high standard of customer service in the assigned region to each customer contact Maintain the highest level customer data integrity in the Company’s databases and providing accurate and timely customer account information as required Assist the new product teams to meet the customer’s scheduled release dates Meet business goals for customer inventory turns, and cash collection. Develop a strong working relationship with the customer’s regional commodity management team to maximize business share Ensure that all products and transactions are trade compliant and that sufficient resources are in place to provide compliance with all applicable UN, USA, EU and local regulations/orders/resolutions.

 

Qualifications

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, or any related course 5 or more years of related experience providing customer service to electronic accounts. Knowledgeable in Oracle or CRM tools Conduct and manage customer meetings Strong organizational skills Proactive personality and an ability to work independently Proficient Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Willingness to visit their account locations multiple times a year Fluent in written and spoken English
