Customer Support Representative

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Support Agent to join our Global Technical Support team, providing world-class support to our customers.

Our ideal candidate is a responsible and motivated self-starter with a desire to learn modern technologies and concepts, and solve technical questions.

This individual should have the ability to review customer cases, and devise the most efficient way to assist the customer, while maintaining a clear, professional, and efficient customer interaction.

This position reports directly to the Customer Support team manager.

Key Responsibilities

First-line post-sale case response via email, phone, chat and CRM cases Initial case triage and resolution plan Follow guidelines and workflow steps for escalation Maintain a concise and efficient customer response
