Customer Support Representative (Dispute Resolution) - Senior

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

Utilize various tools and management software to record and track customer interactions.

Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying opportunities and offering products and services that meet customer needs.

Learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and work systems.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

Stay updated on industry trends and company products.

Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and objectives.

Non negotiable skills:

HighSchool Diploma ( Bachillerato )

B2+ level English.

B2+ level in French

Nice to have: 

Experience in customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with various software (CRM, management tools, etc.).

Sales skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and work environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
