The Impact you’ll makeCustomer Communication\nRespond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email, chat, phone, social media)\nProvide accurate product information and troubleshooting steps\nEngage in real-time support during business hours

\n\nSupport Ticket Management\nMonitor and respond to support tickets in various CRM systems\nEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams or individuals\nTrack and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution

\n\nTechnical Assistance\nOffer basic technical support for common issues across different product lines\nGuide customers through account setups and product usage\nCreate and maintain step-by-step troubleshooting guides

\n\nAdministrative Support\nManage schedules and coordinate appointments when necessary\nPerform data entry and maintain accurate customer records\nAssist with various administrative tasks to support team efficiency

\n\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify recurring issues and suggest improvements\nContribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge-base articles\nCollaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes\n
What to expect...\nWork-from-home setup:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\nWorking hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Shifts may vary and include weekends, typically falling between 6 AM to 7 PM EST/CST/PST.\nSalary range: Starting at $5 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and experience\nTraining program:\nComprehensive onboarding covering company policies, products, and support processes for multiple clients\nHands-on training with various CRM systems and other necessary tools\nOngoing professional development opportunities to expand industry-specific knowledge\n\n\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience\nRequired Experience\nAt least 1 year of experience in a customer support role or a similar role.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English\nProficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
