As a Customer Support Specialist, your everyday work will help ensure people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities receive vital services so they may live their best lives. You will work in a collegial and professional office with a team of caring and compassionate health and human service professionals.  This role will enable you to gain valuable health and human services knowledge and experience. You will enjoy a dynamic job description which will include these responsibilities: Engaging in productive phone conversations with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as their families and other stakeholders Answering customer questions and addressing concerns Conveying information about available health and human services, the process for applying for these services, as well as the wait period between applying for and receiving services Memorializing important details from phone conversations Communicating with an array of internal and external stakeholders Actively participating in training activities You have the option to work a compressed workweek with four 10-hour days or a traditional five day workweek with 8-hour days.   As a Customer Support Specialist and valued employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect: $37,000 to $45,000 annually (depending on experience) $500 new hire sign on bonus ($250 paid at 90 days and $250 paid at 180 days) 30 days of paid time off each year for vacation, holidays, sick and personal leave Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance Health savings account, 401k plan and other perks Benefits plan details may be found at http://www.libertyhealthcare.com/upload/138.pdf This position is based on-site at Liberty Healthcare’s office located at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, nearby the Boise Towne Square Mall.
