Zonda is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our House Plan sales and customer service team. The position is a full-time job working within our call center in Eugene, Oregon.

Zonda operates the world’s largest online marketplace for home and architectural plans, with top destination sites Houseplans.com, ePlans.com, and Homeplans.com. The Customer Support Specialist will assist our sales team to ensure product delivery in a timely manner while providing superior support to our customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Review incoming emails and distribute to Sales or Management as neededRespond to all Customer Service and Vendor emailsSet up leads from incoming sales emails and assign to the sales teamManage product orders from point-of-purchase to deliveryMonitor Orders through our plan portal and reporting toolsProcess credit card orders for plan and Cost to Build ordersProcess orders from third-party VendorsTrack and fulfill add-on purchases like Material Lists, Lighting A/V PlansProcess Plan Modification orders and coordinate with designers.Ensure 100% delivery of products and services in a timely mannerCoordinate vendor orders, verify royatlies, capture funds.Fulfill Cost to Build orders and update Salesforce notesMonitor broker orders through Salesforce Service Cloud / Google SheetsAssist the Sales Team with order and customer service issuesParticipate in bi-weekly Operations and Customer Service meetings (Teams)Assist the Sales Team with Customer Service CallsParticipate in weekly training exercises with Sales Director

Qualified candidates will:

Have 2+ years of tele-sales / customer service experience in a team settingBe tech savvy and passionate about job performanceHave experience with CRM, preferably SalesforceBe proficient using Microsoft Office suiteBe a great communicator, both verbal and writtenShow strong motivation to work through a high volume of daily activities
