**About Abbott Diagnostics Division**
Our solutions are used in healthcare institutions, physician offices, emergency rooms and laboratories thousands of times every day, in practically every country around the world. Our test results are often the “start” button for patient care decision-making – influencing 70% of critical healthcare decisions for millions of people worldwide. The crucial information derived from our testing platforms helps inform treatment decisions for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.
**The Role**
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is driven by the satisfaction of happy customers and positive work environment. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide expert phone support for instruments, applications, and analyses to Abbott's Nordic customers. We are looking for dedicated individual who excels in delivering outstanding service and contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
**KEY REPONSABILITIES**
+ Conduct investigations and troubleshooting for instruments, applications, and analyses using Abbott's remote service tools, guiding customers through repairs over the phone.
+ Coordinate urgent repair visits for service technicians.
+ Participate in the implementation of Abbott's new proactive technologies.
+ Perform general administrative tasks for the service department.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent.
+ Strong knowledge of laboratory operations.
+ Experience with analytical instruments for immunology and/or clinical chemistry.
+ Previous experience in customer service.
+ Preferred experience in automated laboratory environments.
**KEY COMPETANCIES**
+ Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Independent, precise, and proactive work approach.
+ Ability to anticipate and address customer needs proactively.
+ Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Fluency on other Nordic languages (Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish) is a big plus.
+ Positive, enthusiastic, and able to find opportunities in challenges.
+ Motivated by positive feedback from internal and external customers.
