Sales Support Manager - Customer Support

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the EL Smart Power in Jiangmen. Order Handling & Warehouse Department You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.•\tRecommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place.•\tKeeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts.•\tPreparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management.•\tCoordinating with planning department for confirming the lead time of the SO and deliver the goods on time. Arrange appropriate shipping way to ensure order deliver on time and on cost.•\tSupporting Customs specialist to prepare customs related documents for export activities.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree with international trade, marketing or equivalent experience.\tAt least one-year oversea sales related work experience.\tFamiliar with export procedures.\tCET 6, fluent speaking and writing English\tProfessional knowledge and operation proficiency on SAP system\tConfident and independent to problems solving.\tGood team spirits.\tGood awareness and active learning skill in n ew digital tool, like AI, Power Automation, Power BI
