Job Responsibilities: Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat Troubleshoot & resolve end user issues (technical support) Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers You will assist customers by phone and in person appointments- ( in person is by appointment only- customers will schedule online.) During downtime when no appointments are scheduled ( likely the majority of the time), you will work handling customer contacts by phone but working from the specific office with set hours. Pay $18.00 an hour Seasonal position through mid April 2025. $500 Bonus after working 80 production hours. $150 Commute Bonus per month. Schedule choice of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Local Time Zone- Monday through Thursday & Saturday- Off Friday & Sunday.
