As an active startup in the Sharif innovation area, we at Robeh Raha company need to add capable support colleagues with a high command of English to the Robeh support team for round-the-clock support in different shifts of an online service developed by the company. We are on our way.
Our customers are different businesses and in fact our work is B2B. The basic difference between support in B2B and B2C is that the depth of support and the complexity and sensitivity of business problems are usually more than people for their daily use.
That's why support is the front line of our business and customer satisfaction is the main goal of our work. And we know that customer satisfaction is achieved with two main elements: good product and good support.
Duties and responsibilities of this job:

Keeping product knowledge up to date and trying to fully understand different aspects of our product
Effective and useful communication with our customers, accurate understanding of the customer's problem and providing the best solution
Regular and timely attendance at assigned shifts to provide uninterrupted support to our customers
Referral of root issues to relevant teams to resolve issues in an effective manner
Qualifications required for this job:

Compassion for the customer and high motivation to keep the customer happy
High intelligence to understand the product and the ability to ask the customer correctly and understand the problem
High command of the English language and high ability in the four main skills (all conversations/correspondence are in English) (experience in studying/teaching English is an advantage)
Great passion for teamwork
Preparation for shift work (22 shifts per month)

Please note that cooperation is defined in person and within the boundaries of Sharif University in the west of Tehran. (except for morning shifts that are remote)
