We currently have an opening for a Customer Support Specialist - Special Events. What we are looking for

The organized and energetic candidate excels at internal and external customers with a service mindset, can-do attitude and caring heart; delivering a seamless and memorable experience during every interaction. You set others at ease and build rapport easily on the phone and in person. You listen carefully to understand what someone is really saying. You know how to ask clarifying questions for better understanding and you do it in a conversational way that makes communication easy and effective. You’re resourceful and know how to pull together just the right solution from your toolkit. Making customers happy is a source of great personal satisfaction.

Some of the tasks you will perform:

Develop plans/layouts for traffic and crowd safety, including maps and timelines. Communication with customers, with possible attendance at customer meetings. Formulate quotes for estimator review. Assisting crew with shop/yard tasks. Occasional field work, as required/requested (could occasionally involve night and/or weekend work). Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to:
• Filing and other office tasks; and
• Special projects/development.

We want you to join the Warning Lites team if you can say yes to the following:

High school diploma or GED. 3 to 4 years traffic control or construction trades work experience or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the position. Have a valid driver's license. Thrive in a fast moving environment being effective and efficient in work tasks described above and assigned. Someone with the capacity to work with all types of people (e.g., stressed, confused, and/or cranky) and can always maintain a high level of professionalism and achieve successful communication. Proficient in MS Office applications, including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Paint and Outlook.
