About the role

Liebherr Australia seeks a Customer Support Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional administrative support our valued customers based at our Perth branch. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team, including warranty administrators, front desk operations, and facilities coordinators. Resolve customer queries, manage account applications, and handle escalated issues. Oversee warranty claims, ensuring compliance and efficiency, while conducting audits and process improvements. Manage facility maintenance and scheduled service purchase orders. Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Support the Commercial Manager by providing insights and reports on warranty performance, facility maintenance, and customer-focused improvement initiatives. Foster a positive team culture and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. About You Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field (preferred). A minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support or customer service. Proven leadership experience, preferably in customer support, facility management, or warranty operations. In-depth understanding of warranty processes, administrative functions, and facility maintenance. Strong ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of administrative and front-line staff.
