About the Team:
We are expanding our Customer Service team across Istanbul and looking for Customer Technical Support Specialist (Customer Competency Center) to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.

Manage all incoming customer technical requests, claims, and questions, ensuring the comprehensive information about our products and services Collaborate with sales units and technical departments to effectively resolve customer requests, claims, and questions Provide clear communication to explain technical information and guide customers Collect feedback related to the company's products and services and report regularly To maintain an ongoing awareness in relevant technical areas and consistently enhance his/her knowledge and skills regarding new products and services.
