Job DescriptionDeliver high-quality application training on NICE products to customers in classroom and virtual classroom over multiple time zones and locationsFocus on the business value that the customer gains from the products and solutions, especially in the contact center and back officeDeliver application configuration services according to customer business processes and requirementsWork closely with the project team to ensure delivery that is consistent with commitments and expectationsLearn new products, features, and tools as they are rolled out by the organizationApply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can succeedFollow administrative procedures as required, including preparations and wrap-upDevelop training content in various formatsPromote value realization services to customers and contribute to the growth of the business
