Your tasks as Customer Training Business Expert:

 

Define & measure governance model, KPI´s & target setting process together with the Business line product category manager. Support global strategy of customer training business development for ZF Aftermarket in close cooperation with the sales team. Prepare, analyse and visualize data to create transparency, allow strategy definition and measure success amongst all key customer training stakeholders. Work closely with the market intelligence teams and conduct training market analysis for further content creation opportunities. Improve global training management processes and working in the project teams.

 

Your profile:

 

Business informatics/administration, pedagogics or engineering Degree (Technical background or education is a plus) Experience in global governance role Proven experience in data analytics and data modeling eg. Power BI, Tableau Process management experience eg. Salesforce, SAP Excellent communications skills English language competency (German, French or other is a plus) Experience in automotive industry is a plus
