Your Title: Customer Training Coordinator

The Customer Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training programs and classes for customers and ensuring necessary resources are available to properly conduct classes. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation.
What You Will Do:
Coordinates programs and classes for customers. Coordinates events as needed. Tracks class schedules and manages planning and logistics associated with delivering both classroom and virtual training, including hospitality functions during live classes. Coordinates training registration process for customers. Coordinates and assists with the preparation of training materials and handouts including shipping of workbooks.Coordinates customer invoicing to accounting. Maintain the Learning Services revenue report. Work with our accounting team to align with their reporting numbers.Provides basic administration for our learning management system (Docebo), such as posting content and running reports. Add new and updated content to our LMS. Assists with training-related Support emails such as password resets or training suggestions.Assist with the administration of our hosted training sandbox site – CloudShare.Assist Instructional Designers with content development in Camtasia, Murf, and other development tools.Assist the Learning Services managers with a variety of administrative tasks as assigned.What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
Prefer a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative support position requiring the ability to support multiple projects or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skilled with PCs and Microsoft Office and Google Workspace including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and document management as well as general office equipment. Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling, logistics, and supporting training sessions. Experience and skill in working directly with customers.Experience working in Salesforce is preferred.Absolutely must sincerely enjoy helping people.-
