What the role looks like:   

Deliver live and on-demand instructor-led training via a variety of modalities and technologies.Facilitate virtual instructor led training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally.Partner with the global Customer Learning Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent customer experience globally.Update, translate & localize training materials as directed.Review feedback, identify and implement improvement.Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance).Hybrid positionWorking hours - Mon - Fr 10:00-19:00

 

Your profile:   

1+ year in Customer Training, (virtual) education or L&D environment.Fluency in Polish and English – written and verbalExperience delivering ILT / Vilt learning programs.Strong presentation and communication skillsExperience using virtual platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx and LMS platforms such as Skilljar Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.Passion for training and educating peopleDirect work experience in a training capacity, including external training and internal curriculum development and execution.Professional and confident public presence; experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and in-person settings.
