The Transportation Rep is responsible for nominating, scheduling, confirming and balancing natural gas flow volumes with suppliers, purchasers, and pipelines. They will monitor gas volumes and evaluate and reduce pipeline imbalances, analyze data, and monitor and reconcile imbalances. Customer focus, communication and the ability to process improve are keys to success!

For a Transportations Rep III
Responsibilities/Expectations:
+ Troubleshoots customer issues as they arise; Serves as the first point of contact with customers for scheduling related issues
+ Supervises gas volumes and evaluates and reduces pipeline imbalances for shippers and operators; Communicates with Pipeline Control on confirmation and imbalance management as needed
+ Tracks and evaluates pipeline maintenance schedules and communicates proactively with customers to ensure they are well advised
+ Manages and maintains relationships with pipeline and scheduling representatives to ensure operational integrity
+ Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
+ Required: High School Diploma /GED and minimum five (5) years' experience in marketing or commercial
+ Preferred: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
+ Able to work after hours as the need arises
Other Requirements:
+ Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel, and PC skills
+ Understanding of accounting principles and procedures for gas accounting
+ Strong problem solving skills and analytical approach
