Your job:
The Customer Trust Writer ensures customer confidence and trust in Global Relay by providing customized responses to due diligence questionnaires, security assessments, and other customer requests for information.This unique role plays a key part in all stages of the customer lifecycle – from pre-sales to ongoing customer success. The Customer Trust Writer bridges the gap between our R&D/Operations and Customer Support teams by translating complex technical information into the plain language explanations customers need to evaluate Global Relay services.
Your responsibilities:
Lead and manage responses to customer requests for information, including due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), documentation requests, and annual vendor reviews. Complete pre-sales security assessments to help the Sales team win new business. Produce accurate, plain language responses to complex technical questions. Work with subject matter experts to develop and fact-check content. Develop and manage content for a knowledge base. Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of Global Relay technology, services, operations, and business strategy. Provide writing, editing, and proofreading assistance with RFPs and other projects as needed.About you:
3-5 years of writing experience in the software industry. Bachelor’s degree with a major in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related discipline. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Close attention to detail, quality, and accuracy. Ability to independently research and quickly understand unfamiliar technical concepts. Independent worker with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal or no supervision. Ability to work with all levels of staff, including executives and senior subject matter experts. High level of comfort in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities. Strong judgement and ability to analyze and handle complex situations.What you can expect:
