What do we expect you to bring?

 

 

Bachelor’s degree from a related field,  a master’s degree is a plus At least 7 years of experience in customer value management, business transformation, strategic planning or a similar role. Strong knowledge of performance reporting and performance management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a must

 

How can you make an impact?
 

Being responsible for planning of the main strategy of Sales and Distribution channels and coordinating the execution by defining relevant tactical plans. Managing different business lines consisting of data analytics, database management, sales force automation tools with a team of  people with different competencies and supporting this team to progress within the organization. Creating analytical model capabilities for reporting the performance and activities of agencies and sales teams and ensuring the sustainability of these infrastructures Designing and configuring sales team incentive system and agency commission models in accordance with sales&disribution modules Carrying out relations with global sales and distribution teams, local agency associations and parties where S&D involvement is necessary at a high level, leading in-house actions when necessary. Developing alternative distribution channels, digital solutions for sales channels and sales force aiming to gain edge in business results according to internal and external customer opinions, ensuring that the systems provide trouble-free service. Managing the digital sales assets and platforms of sales and distribution, defining a transformation agenda derived by business requirements and coordinating the necessary implementation agenda.
