Customer Value Partner (Eastern and Central Slovakia)
Job purpose:
Plans and implements sales to specific, major accounts where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities and account management skills are critical.
Major tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving sales target and assigned account objectivesIdentify key decision makers, influencers and gatekeepers in the assigned accounts and develop effective network. Identify and anticipate future customer need and deliver solutions through mobilizing right internal resources and stakeholders.Establishes and builds long-term trustful relationship with customers.Develop, implement, monitor and follow-up account plans in close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders (Customer Sales and Marketing Manager, Marketing, Medical, …)Act as a key interface between customers leveraging all relevant communication channels and all relevant internal stakeholders. Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of accounts needs.Contributes to integration of customer insights to local and regional brand marketing.Monitors competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated with involvement of relevant internal stakeholders and effectively communicatedDevelopment of marketing measures and argumentation aids for relevant target groupsSupport of Thought Leaders and customers on national and internal symposia and congress
Who you are:
University degree or comparable experience in medicine, pharmaceuticals or similarMinimum three years of successful track record in salesProfessional experience in the special and / or in the clinic area, experience in Oncology preferredextensive knowledge in the field of health economics and in healthcareKnowledge of business administration, detailed knowledge of the latest medical trends and developmentsExperience in managing project activitiesInnovative and strategic thinkingAbility to balance customer orientation with business objectivesEnglish skills (B2 level prefferable)
