As a Customer Value Partner you will be the primary point of contact for doctors, focusing on building long-term relationships and offering tailored solutions that directly address their needs and the needs of their patients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that patient outcomes are at the heart of every interaction. What you do:
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with doctors, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions that improve patient careProvide expert knowledge of Bayer’s products and how they address specific patient needs. Facilitate product adoption through impactful conversations, focusing on the clinical benefits and patient outcomesTake full responsibility for your designated territory (Eastern Czechia), managing accounts as though they were your own business. This includes planning customer interactions, implementing strategies, and driving results autonomouslyDefine clear, measurable outcomes for your activities, monitor progress regularly, and verify results to ensure alignment with the desired impact. Who you are:
PhD Medical with very good English language (B2 level and above)You have a deep understanding of doctors’ needs, providing tailored and impactful solutions Prefferable experience in sales of Gynecology medical products or similarResults-Oriented person with strong focus on achieving positive patient outcomes and meeting business goalsAble to use analytics to inform your decisions and continuously improve your performanceAble to cooperate and engage with internal teams to align your strategies with broader business objectivesEager to continuously learn and adjust strategies in an ever-changing healthcare landscape (certification)
