Here at Mars Pet Nutrition we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our well established and collaborative Supply Chain team. This role will be based out of the Mars Melbourne Office (hybrid working) as well as the Coles Customer head office in Melbourne (Glen Iris)

As the Customer Vendor Replenishment Planner for Coles you will gain a rare insight into the customer supply chain and cover the entire Pet Nutrition portfolio into the customers Nationwide DCs in such a way as to maximise availability, predictability, service and efficiency whilst minimising cost.

What are we looking for?Candidates with a natural flair and passion for building strong relationshipsStrong customer focus with the ability to balance business needs for both Mars and ColesStrong analytical and reporting skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft systems and experience in Enterprise Planning software is essentialExperience in Supply Chain/customer order management, FMCG experience is preferredStrong stakeholder management to build relationships and solve problems

What will be your key responsibilities?Partner with Coles and Mars to ensure that orders and replenishment are supplied in full in line with targets and if not, work with relevant Pet Nutrition Sales and Supply associates to understand root causes (and provide Coles with DIFOT projections as necessary)Complete daily ordering requirements as per Coles' system demand, in line with Mars' truck utilisation and pallet configuration agreementsPartner with logistics teams to complete time sensitive daily operational reports each morning (including unsupplied cartons, delivery misses)Work closely with the Coles National Account Managers on event planning throughout the yearMonitor stock age profile and warehouse turns to minimise write off and optimise DC ranging where appropriateManage range review deletions and new lines minimising waste and maximising speed to marketAssist with the alignment of all aspects of the Forecast between Pet Nutrition and the Customer i.e. NDP, Deletions.
