As part of the Customer Web Experience Engineering team, you will be part of a fast-paced, energetic, and high performing team helping to develop web applications and services to enhance the Customer experience. We are a cross-functional team and some technology team members may have a focus on front-end and application development, while others may focus more deeply on back-end services. We are looking for experienced team members with the versatility and enthusiasm to work across technologies and a desire to work on an ever-evolving team. **Required Qualifications** • Strong experience developing scalable responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React • Strong experience building, implementing and supporting cloud native SPA and Server rendered Web Applications in AWS. • Strong understanding of web fundamentals like semantic HTML forms and markup • Proficient working with git version control • Proficient in writing unit/integration tests with Jest, Cypress or other framework. • Experience implementing and testing accessibility (a11y) • Experience using and configuring build tools (Gulp, Webpack, Vite/esbuild, etc) • Experience defining and maintaining coding standards with eslint, prettier • Strong team player that works well with others • Self-motivated and at ease in a constantly changing environment • Understanding of further reaching technical concepts (API’s, modular concepts, modular CSS, JS etc.) • Comfortable troubleshooting and debugging issues independently across different parts of the application • Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical individuals across the organization **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
