Customer Portals Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor 3rd party customer portals, identify requested documentation, complete requests according to agreed SLAs based on customer segmentation. Create technical documentation as requested by customer and upload into customer portals. Review and approve technical documentation related to Finished Products to assure Quality & Regulatory requirements are met. Work cross- functionally with TSS departments, internal stakeholders, and external partners, to obtain inclusion, information for technical documentation creation. Report day to day activities and provide weekly reports on progress to direct supervisor. Act as a first point of contact for all 3rd party customer portals related queries from key stakeholders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Technical Education Diploma in Food Science or related discipline. Internship in Food Industry or similar area. Good analytical skills. Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask. Able to prioritize and manage time effectively. Proactive and flexible approach. Good oral and written communication skills. Fluent English. Intermediate level of computer literacy (specifically Excel, SAP, Outlook and ServiceNow desirable). Ready to work in rotating (morning / afternoon) shifts.
