We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customization Business Leader (CBL) to join our team. As a Customization Business Leader, you will provide leadership and project management for a specific set of brands or categories. Your main objective will be to deliver successful local initiatives or stop them with minimum throwaway. You will be responsible for the overall coordination within the customization organization for each customized SKU, ensuring excellent initiative/promotion delivery on time, at minimum cost, and with high quality.

Job Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Lead local customization initiatives projects (project management)

Track programs through the coordination of packaging engineers, logistics managers, external vendors, and initiative leaders

Act as a consultant to local Market Strategy teams regarding Customization menus in multi-market regions

Partner with engineering, technical packaging, and portfolio teams to ensure a complete understanding of available innovations

Actively challenge demand forecast for new promotional activities to ensure best possible input into customization production planning

Drive a portfolio of cost-saving projects by acting as a consultant to the business teams and driving the use of the most cost-efficient solutions

Required skills:

Leadership and influencing skills: participating in and leading cross-functional teams

Operating with discipline

Strong verbal/written communication skills

Ability to integrate information from various sources, challenge teams to reach consensus, and resolve conflicts

Advanced language skills in Polish and English

Excellent MS Office Package skills

Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
