Customs Administrative Rep

The Customs Analyst will support the team in various aspects of import/export compliance, documentation, and communication with suppliers, brokers, and government agencies. 


On-site position Monday-Friday.  Hermosillo, Cuautitlan, Irapuato, Chihuahua or Mexico City (depends on your location)

 

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills: 

Basic understanding of import/export regulations and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior team members with the preparation of customs documentation (e.g., entry summaries, invoices, certificates of origin).Support data entry and maintenance of customs records.Research and analyze customs regulations and procedures.Collaborate with suppliers and customs brokers to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of shipments.Assist in the tracking and monitoring of shipments.Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customs department.
