Customs Analyst
Overview Location: PepsiCo Indonesia Head Office, Cilandak, South Jakarta What can you expect? The Customs Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with customs regulations during the import and export processes. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations and support business continuity within the supply chain. Responsibilities We will count on you to: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and laws for imports and exports. Utilize digital customs platforms and tools for automated customs declarations and e-filing processes to supporting customs audit Prepare reports related to import and export operations, highlighting any discrepancies or issues that require attention Responsible and accountable for his/ her daily assignment of shipment operation and by mode of transportation i.e., booking shipment, generate shipping docs, monitoring shipment, etc. Liaise with internal users, project owners, forwarding companies, 3rd party logistics and customs authorities to ensure efficient and effective customs operations and minimize disruptions. Create PO for shipping and customs activity Checking completeness and correctness of vendor invoice for each shipment Qualifications What you need to have? Diploma/Degree holder majoring in Business administration, Transport & Logistics Management or Business-related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience handling import and export operations in a manufacturing compant Experience with digital customs platforms or tools, such as automated customs declarations or e-filing systems. Experience with trade agreements and duty reduction strategies (e.g., Free Trade Zones, preferential tariffs). What makes you stand out?
