Job Description

Ensure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Customs Brokerage department.

Major Responsibilities: 

Deliver Exceptional customer serviceEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operating systemReceive shipment notificationsVerify all charges dueSurrender docs and payment to obtain freight releaseReview documents and prioritizeCreate entry summarySubmit docs to customsDispatch freightConfirm deliveryEnsure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accountsSupport operations where neededMeets company standards of 52 hours training per year
