Customs Clearance Manager

\n\n Assist the Clearance manager to implement and supervise the work procedures to ensure compliance to the standard clearance processes and standards\n Assist the Clearance Manager with customer queries or complaints handling as when directed\n Set up clearance profile and POA report \n Bonded shipments monitor by daily basis\n Provide assistance as when required in regulatory audits performed on DHL customs clearance operations\n\n

NCG Manager

\n\n Set up clearance quantity report \n Bond age monitoring\n\n

Customs Authorities

\n\nEnsure communication and negotiation with customs for trouble case.\n\n

Service providers

\n\n IT support to provide stable system\n\n

All ICC Staff’s

\n\nOrganize and control the staff’s to achieve yearly target and goal. \nMonitor the COA & BOS to meet RO target. \nMaintain pre-clearance performance.\n\n

Gateway Operations staff at all levels

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

\n\nDevelop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.\nDevelop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.\nConsul performance appraisal.\nManage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.\nIdentify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.\n\n
