Your Role Reporting to the Customs Brokerage Manager, you will be responsible for auditing all Customs entries performed by teammates. You will also process Customs entries by way of pre-keying of entries, learning of filing of customs entries, analyzing documents, accurately processing entries with US Customs and Border Protection and other duties related to customs entries. Your Responsibilities Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and\r\n expedite workflow where possibleExamines work for accuracyProcess entries as needed (some set accounts but more\r\n focused on assisting others when out of office of volume spikes)Ensure that all entries are filed and processed in a\r\n timely mannerSign documents as attorney in fact.Ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA’s\r\n laws and regulationsResponsible for meeting key performance indicatorsPerform audits on transactions and ensure compliance to\r\n all customs brokerage transactions.Answer client’s calls or questions within 1 hour. \r\n If you are unable to, respond back and explain why and when you will reply\r\n with the answer (Manage and assist to resolve all customer queries and\r\n ensure resolution of all problems).Self-initiative by taking on increasing responsibilityAdhere to all US Customs Regulations and other\r\n regulatory agenciesAdminister all processes and ensure continuous\r\n improvement to all to provide optimal level of services to the customer\r\n both internal and external Your Skills and Experiences 5+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage5+ Years of experience in Customer ServiceAbility to sit for extended period of time.Ability to work onsite 5 days per week\tAbility to work both, independently and in a team\r\n environmentAble to work overtime when needed Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
