Your Responsibilities Financial cost managementEnsure customs complianceMorale and growth of team.Build the culture & teamMorale and growth of team.Regular quality analysis and customer feedback analysisEstablish KN Customs teams according to guidelines EURUtilization of teams according to productivity benchmarksRegular attrition analysis and relevant mitigation measuresOperationally performing inside of agreed service and KPI levelsEnsure optimal utilization of customs teams across EUR countriesManage Productivity of teams and ensure continuous improvement1st level hiring and screening and people management related decisions.Day to day decisions for smooth operational running (e.g. staff re-assignment)Talent identification and development for key roles according to designated org structureSmooth operational running ensures customer needs are met with no/minimum escalation.Manage and lead implementation of new countries, lanes and onboarding strategic customersIntroduce unified reporting and KPIs structure to measure and monitor performance of teams

 

Your Skills and Experiences Experience building & leading team of 100+ people.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and experience in logistics / customs Industry.Strong process and operational skillsStrong financial (mainly cost) management skills.English with preference with additional European language skillPeople leader. Can create and drive high motivated, engaged teams.Performance focus towards quality and KPIsStakeholder management.
