**Your Role**
Operational responsibility for the day to day running of Customs GS Cebu, inclusive line Management of European team.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Financial cost management
+ Ensure customs compliance
+ Morale and growth of team.
+ Build the culture & team
+ Morale and growth of team.
+ Regular quality analysis and customer feedback analysis
+ Establish KN Customs teams according to guidelines EUR
+ Utilization of teams according to productivity benchmarks
+ Regular attrition analysis and relevant mitigation measures
+ Operationally performing inside of agreed service and KPI levels
+ Ensure optimal utilization of customs teams across EUR countries
+ Manage Productivity of teams and ensure continuous improvement
+ 1st level hiring and screening and people management related decisions.
+ Day to day decisions for smooth operational running (e.g. staff re-assignment)
+ Talent identification and development for key roles according to designated org structure
+ Smooth operational running ensures customer needs are met with no/minimum escalation.
+ Manage and lead implementation of new countries, lanes and onboarding strategic customers
+ Introduce unified reporting and KPIs structure to measure and monitor performance of teams
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Experience building & leading team of 100+ people.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Knowledge and experience in logistics / customs Industry.
+ Strong process and operational skills
+ Strong financial (mainly cost) management skills.
+ English with preference with additional European language skill
+ People leader. Can create and drive high motivated, engaged teams.
+ Performance focus towards quality and KPIs
+ Stakeholder management. Balancing expectations while driving performance.
+ Strong ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
+ Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
+ Ability to manage, coordinate and steer 100+ customs operators
