Enhance overall operational compliance at the desk level by ensuring that work is performed at the branch in conformance to company policies and all government regulationsPromote proactive and collaborative communication between yourself, the management team and branch staffPromote, as appropriate, proactive and collaborative communication with local and national representatives of government agencies related to trade activitiesElevate the level of operational compliance awareness within the branch through strong communication, coaching and training, which includes on-the-job training, classroom training and CBT or workbook trainingSustain compliance excellence to protect Expeditors, and for Expeditors, to deliver superior customer serviceValidate the effectiveness of our controls through constant monitoring, oversight, feedback and risk assessmentDuties
