Job Description

- Ensure compliance of customs processes (Union Customs Code, national aws and Bosch directives) on operative level (e.g. with definition of standard changes)
- Coordinate and supervise work of customs brokers with performing audits, and regular check of customs declarations
- Represent the HU customs organization in projects (process improvements, introducing new processes, etc.)
- Support and coordinate AEO and other customs related audits (external - authorities - and internal)
- Maintain special customs licenses of the company, obtain new ones based on business requirements
- Track and secure savings measures for GBs / Plants
- Track defined key performance indicators and report to regional and central organization
- Act as a proxy for FT country manager in professional questions

Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in foreign trade, customs or logistics field
- College degree in field of economics, logistics or similar
- Fluency in Hungarian, communication level in English
- Customs agent or customs expert certification
