Your Role
We are looking for a candidate who will develop, maintain and improve Business Control on the Category and the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning process at Corporate & Regional Level, will help in validating and approve purchases with the new LOA procedure the company is putting in place, will support in the yearly Budget activities and collection and also drive and support in coordinating on 5YP long term strategy.
Main Responsabilities:
Support in building and in continuous improvement of a structured process of Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning for Contact Lenses, at Global and Regional level for all Business Units in all channels (ret, e-com, wholesale) Collect data from different legal entities in terms of Puchases, Sales and Inventory forecasting Normalize a structured and solid data sharing in terms of information and format Create Regional Targets in alignment with Corporate Guidelines on Inventory (consolidating several perimeters and creating best practices) Monitor monthly/quarterly the Company results on Inventory, Sales and Service Create forecasting and consensus process in order to support Stock and Service policies Normalize processes and KPIs on Contact Lenses becoming key contact for different functions (Planning, Sourcing, Master Data, GTM / Commercial Teams, Logistics, Controlling) Validate purchases for Business Units with Inventory over the Targets to guarantee control on the category Work with several teams / department to coordinate Budget process (overall high level sales, Inventory, KPIs targets) Work yearly basis to build Long Term Planning scenarios, volumes, projects, strategies for the category
Main Requirements:
Supply Chain understanding of Forecasting/Planning/Stock/Service Level 4+ years of experience English is mandatory, French and Italian are a nice to have Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Basic Controlling Skills/Understanding SAP basic knowledge BI Business Objects basic/other BI tool Any reporting tool / Tableau / others… Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics/Engineering
