The Opportunity: To die-cut pharmaceutical cartons, meeting the planned output for quality, volume and yield to the customer specifications. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Work as part of a team and maintain a flexible approach to the requirements of the business. * To set and run all die cutting presses within the department. * To understand working instructions and correctly interpret them. * Adopt best practise and share knowledge within the team. * Optimising all aspects of machine performance whilst maintaining quality standards. * Carry out first off pass and all relevant checks and maintain quality standards throughout the run. * Undertake all duties in accordance with current SOP\u2019s and quality policies. * Carry out routine maintenance tasks as outlined in the Asset Care Program. * Engagement with the 5\u2019s program and continuous improvement requirements of the business. * Provide cover within the department for holiday\u2019s, absence and peak demand. * Transfer of work into and out of the department. * Maintain high standards of house-keeping. * Flexible to assist in other areas of the business where suitable training has been provided.
