Pay Rate:  16.33 Hourly/paid biweekly

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the daily set up and operation of translicer blades, bin dumpers, and A.R.T machine to ensure the production of Safe, Quality, Food.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

Remove bin liners from bin dumpers and conveyors Operate bin dumper, translicer, and A.R.T.  in a manner that balances product flow to trim lines and limits spillage or product loss  Inspect translicer blades for proper cut, blade damage, or possible contamination. Inspect all equipment to ensure it is in good operating order, and all safety sensors, guards, emergency pull cords, and emergency stop button are functioning properly Complete required inspection forms Notify supervisor of malfunctioning equipment or blade damage Monitor raw product flow for non-product objects Wash tanks, shaker, conveyor belts and translicer blades.  Application of chemical (quat) may be required Ability to use pallet jack to move product from location to another Pay close attention and remain alert to foreign objects and contaminants that may be in the product Keep floors and machines clear of debris and excess water Any and all other duties assigned by your Supervisor
