Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.   The principal duties and responsibilities will be: + Removal of chamber kits & fore lines + Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines + Perform complete tool shutdown + Power off all the system and related subcomponents + Install caps/plugs, shipping fixtures and casters + Disassemble tool in preparations for removal from fab + Document all Deinstall activities (2D - Deinstall checklist) Requirements: + Must have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on CVD equipment + Junior Field Service Engineers should have 1-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry + Senior Field Service Engineers should have a minimum of 5 + years of CVD direct experience Additional Benefits: Paid Vacation, Select Holidays, Overtime Opportunities, On-site Facilities & Career Development Opportunities.
