Cvent and Web Development Specialist
Careers that Change Lives The primary focus of this role is to support the attendee management process within Cvent – specifically the development of the meeting registration sites and invitation emails. In doing so this role will help define, create, and maintain registration sites and emails in line with Medtronic’s brand standards. Registration site builds will range in scope from very basic sites to more complex site that require a unique experience for the attendees. Critical to success is a timely turnaround of new demand in line with meeting timelines and expectations for attendee management. Coordination with the Meeting Planner and Meeting Owner will be critical to the end-to-end execution of a meeting.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Creation of registration web sites and emails in Cvent – templates and unique sites Contribute to defining the end-to-end process for the creation of the websites and emails using Cvent Oversee all aspects of development/configuration, testing and release of the attendee management components in Cvent for each meeting (website and email) Resolve issues related to the content or execution of the attendee management websites and emails Proactively identify how to leverage new attendee management capabilities within Cvent Provide consultative support to Meeting Planners and Meeting Owners as needed Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required 2 years of related experience customer-facing position, meeting planner or related. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have

Knowledge and experience with HTML Design and Web Building Experience
