**Cvent Data Verification Senior Associate**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
The Cvent Data Verification Specialist is responsible for performing the Cvent Data Verification/Meeting Audit for the JAPAC region, ensuring outsourced supplier compliance with Amgen policies and audit requirements.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
**Meeting Operations and Audit**
+ Conduct comprehensive audits of billing backups and budgets for JAPAC meetings planned and operated by the outsourced agency.
+ Review program hotel contracts, ensuring that all terms and concessions are accurately reflected in the final bills.
+ Verify the integrity of information entered into the Cvent system, including uploading supporting documents and ensuring the accuracy of final meeting data and actualized expenses.
+ Audit MSA (Master Service Agreement) fulfillments, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), rate cards, and corporate rates.
+ Perform purchase order research and reconciliation for audited meeting expenses.
**Reporting and Issue Resolution**
+ Track and report audit findings, including the monetary value of lost savings and discrepancies.
+ Communicate errors or inconsistencies to outsourced suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring corrections are made and tracking their resolution.
**Stakeholder Collaboration and Confidentiality**
+ Maintain frequent communication with external suppliers and stakeholders to address issues and provide feedback.
+ Ensure strict confidentiality of employee, financial, and company records at all times.

**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**
+ Master’s degree OR bachelor’s degree;
+ 2 years of related auditing, finance, management, compliance experience. OR 4 years of related auditing, finance, management, compliance experience.
**Preferred Requirements:**
+ Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
+ Outstanding attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
+ Fluency in one Asian language, such as Japanese, Korean, Simplified, Traditional Chinese, or Thai, is required.
