What will you be doing?  


Our CVM Specialists drive opportunities and leads into the sales team through supporting the CVM strategy for our existing Medium customer base.


You will develop and execute base marketing campaigns to Vodafone Small Business and SME customers (10 to 249 employees) to grow Revenue and improve NPS. You will deliver campaigns across CVM pillars of Cross-sell, Up-sell, Retention and works with the other specialists to keep track of performance and continually improve campaign targeting and engagement.
 

Key accountabilities:

 

Execute outbound calling campaigns and below the line marketing and communications campaigns (Email/SMS/MMS/App/Online) to customers in line with Customer Value Management (CVM) priorities and commercial objectives.Reporting on campaign performance.Communication of campaign performance to CVM, segment trading and sales teams.Management of engagement with Sales team to drive alignment and collaboration with CVM team.


Who are we looking for? 

 

Able to think both creatively and analytically to deliver compelling campaigns. Highly customer focused with ability to pull together complex customer journeys to ensure the best experience is delivered. Good stakeholder management skills.Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines. Able to focus on priorities with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
