**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
**Pay: $18/hr-$18/hr Location: Kent, WA**
**Shift Details:** **Flexible schedule Monday through Saturday between 05:00 AM and 07:00 PM. This will be a 5-day workweek with 8-hour shifts, excluding breaks.**
**As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service.**
You'll collaborate with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure we meet our commitments and delight our customers at every step.
**What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:**
+ Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
+ Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues efficiently
+ Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timeliness
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
**What You’ll Need to Excel:**
**At a minimum, you'll need:**
+ Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
**It’d be great if you also have:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues to customer satisfaction
+ Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
+ Spanish-speaking preferred. The candidate needs to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
+ The ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
