Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! + **Contract Type:** Temp to hire + **Pay:** $21.00/ HR + **Shift/Hours:** Monday to Saturday 1° 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2° 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM **Lead Customer Service Representative** The Lead CSR acts as the central point of communication between our in-home driver teams, their contractor leadership, and company operations. This role is all about real-time problem solving, clear communication, and accountability. **Essential Duties:** + **Route Oversight:** Monitor and support 30–40 delivery routes daily; manage delays and driver issues. + **Customer Support:** Assist with delivery-related customer concerns and de-escalate complaints. + **Warehouse Check-In:** Guide drivers through end-of-day procedures and report non-compliance. + **Team Leadership:** Supervise support staff, document disruptions, and report key issues to management. **Requirements:** · Mature and experienced, with a practical, hands-on background (e.g., handyman work, appliance installation, or furniture assembly) · Confident communicator with both driver teams and customers · Able to lead with a firm yet respectful tone · Comfortable managing and directing a primarily male driver workforce · Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills · Spanish speaking **IMPORTANT:** This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
