**Job Title** : Specialist, Logistics **Location** : Onsite/ Eagan, MN **Shift** : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM **Position Type** : Full-Time/Temp **Job Overview** Adecco is seeking a dedicated **Specialist, Logistics** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing logistics support, including order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination. **Key Responsibilities** + Enter customer load details into the Freight Optimizer system. + Update account managers and customers on problem loads and delivery status. + Ensure timely and safe deliveries by monitoring daily pick-ups and arrivals. + Handle check calls from drivers and validate load data for accuracy. + Investigate and document product discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages). **Qualifications** **Required** : + Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience. + General knowledge of the transportation industry. **Preferred** : + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience writing routine reports and correspondence. + Strong ability to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form. **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
