Your role and responsibilities

Start your professional career in a leading multinational in its sector through our internship program for students that offers: •\t6 months with the possibility of extending another 6.•\tSchedule compatible with your studies. •\tCompetitive remuneration. •\tSpecific technical training. •\tPossibility to carry out your TFG/TFM and participate in real projects. •\tFlexibility and the possibility of teleworking. •\tHolidays and days off for study and exams.Objective of the internship: The VoC Specialist ensures that proper analytics is conducted in multiple data sources and VoC tools and events to produce meaningful reports that can help Consumer Experience (CX).High impact on Consumer productivity (of all ABB employees and externals) by testing new equipment and accessories across Consumer Experience in alignment with CX Service Owners requirements di-rectly involved to meet current standard of the service delivered. Tasks to be performed:•\tAnalysis and Reporting: Support the analysis and reporting of VoC results using industry-approved standards where possible. Collaborate with CX service owners and other consumer experience managers to ensure robust analytics and reporting in alignment with business re-quirements.•\tContinuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to inno-vation (proof of concepts), prototypes, and pilots, ensuring strict alignment with the man-agement of tests, releases, and implementations for CX services.•\tSuccess Factors: Use predefined global key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ef-ficiency and effectiveness of CX services, products, and processes.•\tStakeholder Management: Support in a strong partnership within GBS IS (especially Capabili-ties, Enterprise Architecture, Domains, and Consumer Support Leader), Business IS, and third-party providers to ensure an effective service transition.•\tStandards, Governance, and IS Compliance: Support the design of appropriate IS capabilities within the Consumer Experience Architecture department, ensuring alignment with agreed goals and compliance with ABB policies. Execute actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specifications.

Qualifications for the role

\tEducation: bachelor's or master's degree students in Software Engineering, IT, Systems, and/or similar fields.\tLanguages: High English level.\tAdditional knowledge: Passionate about Consumer Experience (UX/CX), new technologies and products aimed to be used in enterprise environment.
